13 remaining contestants have a big challenge to overcome their fear of heights-runway on the top of Kuala Lumpur Tower. They were asked to walk a short distance at the top of KL Tower and ends with their ads with a smile campaign commercial for Visit Malaysia 2014. Most contestants received positive reactions for daring enough to overcome their fear, especially Tia, Nicole, Thao and Josephine. And Josephine which perform much better winning the challenge. After the challenge, Adam Williams shared some beauty tips that are useful to them. Later, he tells the winner shooting last week, that Nicole will have a session in the pool on their penthouse and all the girls were surprised. Nicole spoiled by sushi buffet when they are in the pool, Nicole is allowed to invite four other contestants namely, Janice, Poojaa, Jodilly and Sheena.

The contestants then go to their third photo shoot in SnoWalk, Selangor by simply using half lingerie with a photographer Jasper McIlroy. At temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius, the contestants had to pose 'hot sexy' in a cold environment. Josephine, Nicole, Sheena and Natalie gave many poses and considered to be creative in the shooting. Jodilly also impress the photographers. Katarina was also praised for its consistent increase. The other contestants received mixed reactions, Ji-hye and Janice received a negative reaction because boring. Ji-hye, who was criticized for expression, then reveals her expressionless-ness is because often disturbed when her childhood.

On the panel, Josephine, who won the challenge advertisement Visit Malaysia become the best photo. Nicole praised gives pose and managed to increase its edgy look unique, finished runner-up. Sheena is praised for being creative and professional, keep it in the top three places. Jodilly, Katarina, and Natalie Thao received a warm reaction from the judges. Poojaa criticized for being beautiful but do not know how to pose properly. Sneha and Marie commended for trying new poses and gave a big curve, but their expressions are not connected to the camera. Performance Janice and Ji-hye makes them were in the bottom two. Janice performance that is above Ji-hye in the previous week make her safe. Finally Ji-hye forced to leave the competition.
